“Donor,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual, company, or legal entity making a donation through our website or authorized channels.
Donations once made cannot ordinarily be canceled. However, in special cases such as accidental transfers, duplicate donations, or incorrect amounts, you may request a cancellation and refund.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of making the donation by sending a clear written request to info@nsimwelfarefoundation.org.
Requests received after 48 hours from the transaction will not be considered for refund.
Upon receipt of your valid request, we will verify the details and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 10–15 working days.
Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:
Duplicate donations due to system error or multiple clicks.
Accidental excess payment by the donor.
Technical issues leading to incorrect or failed transactions (while the amount is debited).
Any other genuine error where the donor informs us promptly within the 48-hour window.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
If funds have already been utilized for project execution or relief work.
Requests made after 48 hours of the donation.
Contributions made anonymously where donor details are unavailable for verification.
Approved refunds will be made to the same account/card/wallet used during the original transaction.
Donors will not incur any fees for such reimbursements.
We recommend donors check their bank account/statement after 15 working days and notify us in case of delays.
