We are committed to maintaining transparency and ensuring that every donor receives proper acknowledgment for their generous contributions. This Shipping / Delivery Policy outlines how donation receipts are issued and delivered to you.
All donors will receive an official donation receipt via email, sent to the email address provided at the time of donation. This receipt can be used for personal record-keeping and, where applicable, for tax purposes
Upon specific request, we can also provide a hard copy of the donation receipt. Delivery may be made through standard postal or courier services, depending on the donor’s location. Additional time may be required for delivery in such cases.
Online Donations: Receipts are typically issued within 24–48 hours after a successful payment confirmation through our authorized payment gateway.
Offline Donations (cheque, bank transfer, or cash): Receipts will be processed and issued within 7 working days after the donation is verified.
Physical Receipts: If requested, delivery timelines may vary depending on the postal/courier service and donor’s location.
If you do not receive your receipt within the above-mentioned timelines
Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email has been misdirected.
If still not received, contact us at info@nsimwelfarefoundation.org with your donation details (transaction ID, date, and amount). We will promptly re-issue your receipt.
Donors are requested to carefully review the donation receipt upon receipt. In case of any errors (such as donor name, donation amount, or transaction details), please notify us immediately at info@nsimwelfarefoundation.org. Corrections will be made, and an updated receipt will be re-issued.
Donors contributing from outside India will also receive their receipts digitally through email. Please note that receipt formats may vary depending on compliance requirements of respective jurisdictions.
In case a payment fails or remains unconfirmed, no receipt will be issued.
Receipts serve as official acknowledgment of your contribution but may not automatically qualify for tax exemption in all regions. Please consult your tax advisor for applicability.
